Most people contact Resolve when a conflict has become the central problem. The purpose of the conversation is to understand the situation, answer questions, and determine whether I can help.

I work with a limited number of clients and do not accept every engagement.

If there is a fit, we discuss the most appropriate next steps.

The goal is not immediate answers.

The goal is clarity before escalation.
